on 6/9/20It's a legit company! Definitely not a scam :) In my experience, I've been on as both a listener and member, it's not a scam. We're trained & take courses (as listeners) to best support members. Each listener is different, as is each member, so there may be bad experiences with one listener or vice versa. We have therapists we can ask for advice or refer people to as well.
It's a legit company, but run primarily run by volunteers, who are not thoroughly screened, so you can encounter scam people.
Yes it's like a really good company. I think their services are like really helpful to people who are feeling sad. I go there sometimes when I feel sad and they are really helpful and stuff.
In my couple of years of using it, it does not have any subscriptions or etc. you can use to help your self or others, i trust this site fully.
It is not a scam. It has a large trained listener community that is free to access. There are certified therapist also available for a free.
Not a scam. No private info, so there isn't even a way for them to scam you =)
7 Cups is a legit company, but the services are very specific. The services that are free are not therapy. The therapy is limited. If you have serious mental health concerns that require regular interaction with a licensed clinical therapist, seek a professional who will speak to you voice-to-voice. This is short-term, "light" therapy to solve a short-term problem, like getting through a break-up or the death of a friend.
It is a Scam company filled where you pay money to them and then they just ban you and keep charging your account
