Legitimate. I have ordered water filters from them and received the correct ones. I ordered air filters last week and they are to arrive tomorrow. I'll let you know if they are wrong but I expect they will be the right size.

In my experience they're a legit company. I can't speak to Judith's experience, but I received the correct item in a timely manner, and when I had a problem due to damage in shipping, their customer service was exceptional. I'm very pleased with the overall experience, and will use them again if I continue to need disposable filters.

It is a scam or at the very least it hires people who don't have the training or ability to choose the right filter when they have been given the model number, I don't know why I am surprised as it seems to me that this is true with all American businesses at this time... deplorable!
