Through email, then they expect you to provide item numbers, that don't appear in order summary or packaging receipts. No phone number available. This is a scamming company
I could not get a hold of Annie's Clothing, maybe the time difference.
I got cut&paste emails back that showed that no human had actually read my message.
You can only reach them by email and it takes days for them to reply

You can't a customer service doesn't exist. I've tried to get a response to return my order and no such luck!
I would not suggest Annie Cloth to anyone.
I left many to2 or 3 diff emails but I ordered from Pay Pal I thought I. Then I was shown 20.00 off if I got a credit card from some bank. Pay Pal Credit. Opened a dispute, asking for a return address. Only I was told I got the order. Case closed I lose. I learned. And cancelled my pay pal account. Hi Judy.
No customer service, no contact info, they don't respond to emails.
I logged a complaint with PayPal. They are looking into this.
You should do the same if you paid through PayPal
As far as service there is none. Over 3 wks no product No response to emails always order sent
They give tracking # but it doesn't work!
I don't understand how they can still be selling product on line.
The only contact you have with them is email service@anniecloth.com
They will reply, but not with what you want to hear.
