For the returns, I would have to pay for the shipping charges and for the custom charges to have the items returned directly to China. This was not clearly stated in their return policy. The compensated r we fund is only 15%.

I wasn't able to initiate a return on the website. I had to go through their chat. It was a difficult process and drawn out.

It will cost you $50 and up USPS because you have to ship it to China! It cost me $60
To send back 7 very light weight t shirts which cost me $120 to begin with.

The only way it can returned is to mail to CHINA for a minimum of $50-60 dollars through the post office. The zip code they give you after they wait until the end of the 15 days does not work with any shipping company. THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS - the merchandise is terrible and the customer service is an automatic reply machine. Save yourself the headache and GO ELSEWHERE!
