SCAM - Dont give them business. Website has no indication the company, or customer paid returns would need to be sent to China. Offering 10% to not return the products I dont want, only exploits the consumer. You can get better products and a legit return policy somewhere else.

I did receive my merchandise but I had to return it and I also was not aware it would need to be returned to China! They did offer me a partial refund and I could keep the clothes but that didn't seem right either since I couldn't wear them and it advertised 100% refund return policy. I wish I had known this or read this review before I bought anything from this site because nowhere did it say that would be the circumstances.

You have to pay your own postage for your return!

Scam. I had a horrible experience and had to end up reporting the case to PayPal... which I one and got my refund. Not worth it.

SCAM! I never received my order. They suggested I go and get it from the wrong address they "delivered" to.

Scam! Should be illegal to do business as they have no US return shipping address! Returns have to be mailed to Shanghai for an astronomical sum

Do not buy from Beachsissi! I wish I could give them a zero. They claim to allow returns/exchanges but will not accept them. They will ask you to pay outrageous shipping costs back to China, and then will turn your package away when it arrives. After 6 months, I have not received a refund or original package back. Customer service is also obviously based in China and does not offer any help. They instead reply with "So sorry-bad luck."

It took months for my shipment to arrive from somewhere in Asia. Suits were of decent quality but if there is a chance you want to return, I highly recommend you choose another company with a more accommodating return policy.

Lt's a legit Chinese company for all that that's worth... cheap poorly made, ill fitting clothing with long waits for shipping

SCAM!

I ordered on June 15.
I received only 2 of 6 items on july 15th!.
I had repeatedly emailed them. I did not get a tracking number for two weeks.
I ordered expedited shipping 3-5 days and paid more for shipping.
I am now in a formal dispute with this company.
Very poorly made, very poorly sized product.
Poor customer service and now I am trying to cancel the 4 not shipped and get a refund for the toddler sized items that I ordered as a women's medium.

I should have known better. Paypal should block doing business with them as I filed a dispute through pay pal and my credit card.

I have not figured it out yet, I have not received my order that was placed 3 weeks ago.

They get around the legalities, but you will not get the suit the way it is pictured and when you get a return it they will offer you a 50% off item instead of you returning it, so that you'll spend more money. And if you insist on return it will take days to give you the address if not an entire week. The return addresses in China which cost almost as much as the suit itself so then you will keep it because it's not worth it to you to return it. And then they get to keep your money. So it's a scam doneIn a legal way so they can get around it.

I think beachsissi is trustworthy, because I can reach them via email or online chat, and they were prompt to give feedback.

Received my order in 8 days, the customer service was help with tracking the shipping.

Their swimsuits were great quality, I bought 3 from them last month and yet found any problem

I received my order, and the shipping time was about 1 week. I didn't return it because the suits were fitting to me.
