You will never get to speak to a real human. You will get a robot voice telling you that no one is available to take your call. When you email, you will be told that they were experiencing technical problems and to stop spamming them.
Finally got email from Landha. Ask me to video my shoes & they will decide if I get my money back.
Amazon uses this company! Beware!
You will never get ahold of anyone there. I have tried 8 different times, via phone, email and even Facebook. I would give up and cut your losses.
Not at all. I could not find a phon no and after numerous e-mails they disregarded my wishes to cancel my order and sent them any way. Nothing was done to refund my money
They don't respond directly, only through PayPal dispute process.
Virtually impossible. After researching how to get in contact with them, I emailed them. I did get a response and they seemed professional, but they insisted they issued me a refund for my second pair of shoes that were cancelled immediately after ordering as they were ordered in error as a result of a popup from their website that occurred during my order. It seems after several attempts to resolve this issue, they are not refunding me my money.
