Absolutely horrible after sales service. I would not buy again at Best Buy no matter the price. The sales associate was great until she took our payment. After that she was MIA. Delivery service and Geek Squad service is deplorable. My husband has been waiting 4 hours on the phone with no response.
There is a 4-8 hour wait and they put you on hold constantly, the service people talk over you, hang up on you, refuse to give you any answers, will not confirm any information after purchase.
Managers refuse to accept calls. They offer a 5-7 day call back. Either they are withholding information and repeating scripted lines or are completely deceptive. 1st and last time I shop Best Buy!
