Impossible, I don't think they have a customer service
Impossible- tried contact via web page, twitter, facebook, google reviews and trustpilot, all recieved the same BOT answer requesting me to contact the company to resolve the issue but not providing a method to contact them.
Easy but getting them to respond to you query is different. You are sent personalised automatic responses and worn down until you give up.
Same day response during business hours, remember they are in Spain

Customer Service is basically non-existent. Save your money. They are not legit.
They do reply, but their command of English is not good and their policy seems to be to fob off any complaints by requesting more and more detailed information about the most trivial problem. Avoid at all costs!
I cant reach them! They won't return my emails and they have no phone #.
