How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at BladeHQ?

Not easy, contacted customer service had no response in 2 business days.

Yes I have sent emails that responded within a couple days. I had to make my first call to customer service this afternoon and I got ahold of a rep named John within a min.

Terrible... they lied and said they sent emails to me that they didnt... all in an effort to prevent me cancelling an order... that they could not fully fufill.

I have only tried emailing customer service in which they were very professional and responded in a quick manner

Easy to send an email, but good luck getting a response.

Can send as many emails as you want. Their strategy is simply to deflect instead of assist. Service reps are badly designed bots and only give generic replies often unrelated to your query.

Other online retailers in direct competition manage to get the service just right.
