They were legit as far as my experience with Block of Gear has been and lovely merchandise that did take awhile to get to me i missed my husband's birthday but i had expected to wait

I can't speak for everyone but I had a horrible experience. 2 months and tracking is still in the same place? Products ship from China not US as they make you believe and MANY complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau and Pay Pal.

They appear to be legit. They say they are a young new company. That does not excuse the poor workmanship though. The designs are beautiful however.

It's a legitimate company but scams because once you received order, there or no returns, refunds, or exchanges... material is cheap and not worth the money. That's the scamming part.

Yes this is a scam company had to receive a refund through pay pal due to us not being able to or receive a response back in reference to my purchased

I cannot answer for everyone, only myself. Although I was extremely frustrated with the lack of email confirmations and no phone numbers to call the company, they DID answer my emails through their support portal, and I did receive my order in less than 30 days from order date. The blankets were what I ordered, and were nicely made, so I cancelled my credit card dispute. I think they just have a crappy business model.

Don't buy from this company, they false advertise.
