I can confirm the above experiences. They won't talk to us. Because they owe too many people money. Don't use them.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Did 3 shows in 2020 and still not paid and no one will speak to us. We get a general email pop up and no one answers the phone. Dont use them
