I get a reply back in minutes through email or instagram, all the girls are lovely and very easy to talk to and are more than happy to help with any problems and queries you may have! Hayley is an absolute gem & you are treated like family.

It is literally impossible, and I wish that wasn't true. There has never been a response to the over 8 emails I sent. None. So I'm not sure how they expect to provide customer service.
