Just bought a Tahoe 500 TF. That moment is awesome.

Purchased a Maroon cover to go with it from Cover Anything July 2022. It rained, and the color bled onto my rear platform cushion? I called to see what to do. They said it happens and recommended a product to remove the stain. Ok I'll buy it and put in the work to see if I can get the stain out. Tried product but stain is locked in. So I called and spoke to Manager of Customer Service, she said she'd look into it. In the meantime I got estimates for replacement of cushion from manufacturer. She escalated concern to parent company and this is their response. It's not our problem. Read the fine print.

"per our terms of use agreement on our website we can not pay to have your seat replaced..."
"Our instructions also discuss checking for colorfastness prior to using the cover. Furthermore I have talked to some people in the industry and tried to get more recommendations on products to clean the seat. Past what you and I talked about Magic eraser was the only other thing that came up."

I mean so I purchase a cover, company has quality issues and they don't back up their product.
But customer should have read all the fine print that says hey if our cover ruins your boat oh well.

That's crazy. DO NOT PURCHASE.

What they said would fit, does not even come close

It may be too late to answer this question for Samuel, but I would recommend that he not expect anything more than what he can get from the big box store. I purchased, and returned, the cover for my 2016 Tracker ProTeam 175TF. The cover I have fits better the ShoreFit Platimum 1200. If the transom end of the cover was cut out to fit around the outboard, steering cables, and gas line, then I might be inclined to recommend it. But, in all honesty, if you want a cover with which you can trailer your boat, I would suggest looking elsewhere.
