EVIL IN ITS PUREST FORM! I wish I can give Decluttr 0 stars. Why would you damage the perfect pre-owned iPhone when the customer rejected your lowball offer? At least return the item to me in the original condition! It was truly my biggest regret! Evil people don't just hurt others, they take pride in the pain they cause and then try to blame their victims. PLEASE DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH DECLUTTR! Their sole purpose is to cheat and steal from the customers. Get to Best Buy or Wal-Mart for legitimate deals. Don't be fooled by this wicked company!

Big Time Scam. Never pay you for your phone but keep it and sell it for 100% profit.

Scam! They offered me a revised price of less than 10% their original offer and when I declined their revised price, they returned my phone BUT KEPT MY BATTERY! They stole it! They claimed they couldn't send it back b/c of USPS shipping laws in case it expanded! WHAT? Then why did they have me ship it to them?

SCAM. PERIOD.
Device: Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge
Condition: Good condition - Factory reset
Declined by Decluttr: Block/Barred

They said that they're unable to give the payment nor able to send back to me. In my opinion, this is a scam because
1. The value of the phone was $71 according to them.
2. Factory reset and was working fine - I checked the phone upon starting up and it DID. It went into setup wizard just like a brand new Samsung Galaxy phone supposed to.
3. I got that phone from AT&T in 2016 - AT&T sent to me after I dropped my older Samsung Galaxy S7 edge (Through AT&T phone protection plan).

There is no reason for the phone being blocked/barred unless this was a mistake made by the staff that reviewed my phone. They refused to pay the $71 or sent back the phone. I could go to Samsung and get it for a direct trade-in! At least, they should have sent me detailed information on why the phone was blocked or how to resolve the problem. I would GLADLY pay for the return fee if they are too poor to send it back to me. I DO NOT recommend using their service because they are not transparent with their vetting protocol.
To be fair, I will take down/revise this review if they are able to follow-up with my issue.

Well... BOTH. They ARE a real company, HOWEVER, their business employs incompetent people, they CANNOT be reached over the phone and several other red flags.
