DHL always damaged my packages, I don't understand how they are still in business!
They are just a bunch of of con merchants! They want you to call the customer service as it a premium pay line that they leave you on hold for ever! You don't realise until the phone bill comes in! But the worst bit is they have a standard lie sheet and have no intention of helping and no genuine way of helping
They are lazy and lie about why they can't make deliveries is bad weather, catastrophic accidents, the dog chewed up their uniform..
I think they literally hire low IQ people and train high I IQ people to be manipulative and incompetent.
Ah that, be sure to be a little more explicit. Incompetence in what area?
They need to get it together before they lose their customers

I am writing to inform all those people who ever think of ordering the delivery through DHL. Please do not get involved with DHL as they are only interested in running away after throwing the stuff.
My and family has visited USA before a month and we have ordered the delivery of our critical stuff from India through Agarwal Packers which has a tie up with DHL. We had clearly informed Agarwal to deliver our stuff only on 30th July which was also postpone to 2nd Aug after all agreement over the email.
DHL without any prior intimation and communication has delivered our package at the destination in Edison on 28th July whereas we were in new York. I had no one in Edison to receive my package and my package was lying as unknown since 28th july. After complaints to DHL and numerous complains there is no sense of ownership and the package is just lying outside my destination with us being in new York. Please be careful if you ever plan to order the delivery through any company which has a tie up with DHL. Pathetic service and no guarantee. The pain that customers suffer has no respect. They also so not take any proof of delivery and no signature. Just throw away your stuff without any communication.
The drivers also lie about leaving your goods. They forge your name on the delivery notice claiming you received the goods when your not even home and work security systems can prove you were still almost an hr away and working. They dont respond to formal complaints, they ignore all contact with them. On the rare occassion you do get your goods delivered they're broken, boxes split open, not left in your registered safe place leaving them in the open, in pouring rain so theyre totally ruined! I now ask companies 'who do you use', if its dhl (or dpd who are possibly worse) then i wont order. How is it parcel force manage fine and Hermes are always spot on, take a leaf out of their books, get them to train your couriers and look yo the pressure you perhaps ace on them to keep banging out orders which they perhaps feel compelled to lie about in order to meet the pressure those above are placing on them!
