Yes, where is my refund for a TV that was cancelled on the 28th February and never left your warehouse?

I tried to reclaim the monies via my bank - No Luck, I also complained to Banking Ombudsmen - No Luck. Don't know if it is worth going to Citizens Advice Bureau? Any advice would be welcomed.
