Hi! I bought a dress 2 days a go! You took my money already, but you cant send an email with the order confirmation?!?!?! Can youplease reply to my emails?! Does this happen to anyone else?!?! Im getting worried, they take the money, with no order confirmation, and the site doesnt recognize my order number! This is a joke?!

Next time read reviews its not likely that you will find a great website with so many bad reviews all we can do as former shoppers is post and spread the word about this company if you get any money back it wont be as much as you paid for the dress plus you're paying for shipping

They are scammers! You will get crap back... I've tried to get my money back for the cheap pathetic dress that arrived that looks nothing like I ordered! That was months ago!

You done the same as me... I learnt a valuable lesson to read reviews before you buy... You'll probably only get sarcastic bad replays good luck unfortunately you will need it! I did however get my money back from my bank so try that! :)

This is a horrible company with terrible customer service. Good luck to you! They are a true scam! Try contacting your credit card company and see if they can help. I am so sorry!

Send them a email with your details and hopefully they should get back to you I always got confirmation, not that it makes any difference as their products are crap anyways. Good luck

Site jabber is full of poor reviews about this company. I wish they were put out of business. It would save a lot of people, time, money and heartache. There are few morals in Chinese business practices. They have no honour.

I wish I had read the reviews before I bought a dress for my wife from these scammers. I'm now fighting them for a refund for a dress which they acknowledge is faulty, but all they have offered is just 10 pct of what I paid. Disgusting people and I wish you the best in fighting them.

This place is a nightmare. They r in China. I didn't get confirmation for about week... With broken English saying my dress was on way. Received DHL about month later... In wrong color... Dress was terrible copy of one pictured., cut was boxey not fitted. Emailed customer service to return exchange... Terrible communication and denied any problem on their end... Said they wud offer me $15 if I didn't return. 89$
To return and pay china customs, put in dispute and for refund with paypal... Another month. Then they gave me bad address and non working phone no. And FedEx wasn't able to deliver. Stop payment on this now!

Interesting i just ordered shoes 20 min ago. Got the conframation 2 actually. I ordered the wrong size went to live chat and they changed it... My dress i orderd about 2 months ago tried it on i ordered ivory it came white. Emailed them they responded within 10 hours. Not sure but you can check on there wesite for your order info maybe u put wrong email down. Could just be a letter off. Good luck
