How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at eFlorist.co.uk?

Easy but no sympathy or results. They are in self denial as to the quality of flowers they are sending out. Avoid, there are much better service providers out there. I wonder how many people are too embarrassed to let their sender know how bad they are.

Why the flowers were left without the card or
Senders name - disappointing

They don't have a phone number
There Instagram messaging service isn't manned.
There twitter direct messaging doesn't get answered.
There only point of contact is via email that says will be answered in 48 hours but this isn't true either.
Because they took my payment but didn't deliver any flowers now won't answer any emails I'm getting the police involved as its theft

Fortunately the flowers I received, and those sent to friends, have always been very good. I did have a problem contacting them once but gave up trying.
