No option to skip it and go straight to a representative. There is no email for corporate so there's that Nancy and your only options are to either chat or call. In either case they will drag their feet and when they finally are assisting you they are also assisting many other people at the same time. You will get ignored, answers unrelated to questions etc.
Very difficult. They answered my first email promptly, and when they realize that I was unhappy they refuse to answer any subsequent emails. The manager at Geneva airport might as well not exist from a customer service perspective.
It is very easy to get in touch with customer service, you can email or call them. I called them and they were friendly and very professional.
Very hard just go online in person service is horrible
