How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Ferns N Petals?

They are just there - Just a click on site, they get connected on call like a Ginnie :)

And the tickets raised are addressed spontaneously and addressed and closed.

I never had to contact as they are so good. No error. Only once I spoke to a CSR as my payment didn't go through ( something to do my card). They were very prompt - called and solved it. 5 stars!
