Took my money. Never sent the product. Don't respond to my request for a refund. They scammed me!

It's my opinion that they will mask their fraudulent operation by sending out some legitimate orders, but the majority of the orders are charged, and the consumer receives no product period as in my case. I did a chargeback with my credit card. You cannot get any logical support from customer service. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. It's just an aggravation.

I'd say scam based on my experience. No communication after order confirmation email. No response after several calls and emails about my order.

With so many purchasers (including me) reporting their credit card billed yet never receiving the items even after numerous calls and emails to customer service, I would say Flax Linens are extremely fraudulent. They will not provide refunds either. BEWARE!

No idea, because after the order was received and the money taken from my card I have received no response to my requests.

Order arrived within 10 days from the purchase date and exactly like the swatches on the website

I ordered items, they came exactly as they were described and arrived on time so from my perspective they check all the boxes of a legit company
