No way, they don't reply emails. I have tried a few times but no response at all
I got a reply message about my issue last time, so I can say that the customer service is awesome
Their customer support representative helped me a lot during my premium sub issues.
They replied quickly though a lot of follow-ups needed
I was able to get a reply from them right away. They answered my questions thoroughly.
They answered within 12 hours which is pretty fast for me as we all know support goes a long way and sometimes being handled from offshore.
