How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at G Plans?

I never got anyone to respond on chat ever. I emailed support and heard back from them in 24 hours but they can't help with the issue because this is designed to rip people off.

Agreed! Very POOR customer service. Nice but dumb. I haven't gotten to the refund stage yet... will let you know how that goes...

They didn't ever answer their phones and it took 22 days for them to answer an email. When they did they just said we aren't refunding your money. HORRIBLE!

Impossible! I have sent emails repeatedly to support@g-plans.com without replies back from them. There phone number, 619-220-9009 is never answered!

Their advertisement says that they have someone available 24 hours a day. What a lie. They don't have someone available 24 hours a month.

You can't you have to talk to a chatbot. If you call the number listed they say that there is a call there's a call waiting and your best bet is to contact through the chat bot.

It is Impossible to reach anyone. I've been trying for 5 weeks

I have had the same problem. No one calls you back. I had to call my credit card company to reverse my charges.
