I am seeing terrible reviews about your company not refunding money and not honoring tours even with a printed ticket voucher...what is going on?

I will tell you what is going on, They are sucking bloods of local suppliers! Be aware! You can buy tours way cheaper if you buy directly from suppliers, dont use this company.

We love it, we use guide for you in all our vacantion, always good price and always happy with all services. Last vacantion we book 4 excursions with them in Punta Cana all very good. We also use in Duba, Paris, Antalia i and other places. The best for us.

I haven't had this problem. The one time the location didn't want to refund I ended up receiving a credit from GetYourGuide. And never had a problem with the tickets being refused.

Well, my family and I booked a tour with them and everything went perfectly fine. They were great and the tour was above expectations. We loved it!
