Scam... misleading... overpriced versus booking directly but they will "assure" you that is not the case.

Scam! They rob you blind with their fees and they get you by not being upfront with their fees until after you've booked.

SCAM! See my review on site jabber. They are either criminally incompetent or scandalously devious. They manipulate google and rob the hotels blind. DON'T USE THIS BOOKING SERVICE. They make it look like you are booking directly with the hotel and they are completely unresponsive.

SCAM. They spoof the hotel's website, lie about reservations as to the price, what they include and when they can be cancelled. Then viola, it's nonrefundable even though they gave you a cancellation time. Lies from beginning to end.

Basically a scam. They try to look like the hotel's website, then add a 40% "tax recovery fee"

It is a scam. They quote an online price, and when the confirmation of booking comes through they help themselves to an additional, over half the cost of the quoted price, through your credit card. They quoted me a cost of £57 and then charged me an additional £32.27 occupancy rate on top.

SCAM! THEY POST A PRICE ON THEIR SITE BUT UNDERNEATH THE SUBMIT BUTTON ON THE CREDIT CARD PAGE THEY TAG ON A RIDICULOUS "RECOVERY" FEE! THEY CHARGED ME $35 MORE THAN EVERY OTHER SITE WOULD HAVE FOR ONE NIGHT AT A HOTEL. THE ADDITIONAL CHARGE NOTICE IS IN LIGHTER PRINT THAN THE REST OF THE PAGE AND YOU DON'T SEE IT SINCE IT IS UNDER THE SUBMIT BUTTON UNTIL YOU GET A NOTIFICATION THAT YOU HAVE BEEN CHARGED WAY MORE THAN THE PRICE THEY QUOTED. I AM TURNING THEM INTO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

Its a scam, please stay away. They pretend to be the official hotel website and charge exorbitant service and tax fees without telling you.

Scam! Make you think you're getting a great rate and have you input all info and then have a confirm/book button…. With actual booking info with crazy fees AND basically no refund policy below.

Probable Scam - This possibly legitimate company that supports, aids and abets deceptive and/or fraudulent websites. BEWARE - you will be charged a "service charge" that grossly inflates the room costs (51% in my case) and they will entice you with a "special rate" that is basically the same as the hotels currently posted rates, except that this "special rate" is non-refundable. The weasel clauses in the terms and conditions basically say that you are aware that this company is not connected to the hotel, that you accept their service charge, and that you can only sue for recovery in their home county, Dallas TX. It basically tries to legitimize their deceptive practices and discourage legal action.

They definitely make use of deception. Legit company that scams you. They spoof the name of the hotel so you think your dealing with the hotel, and add 40%fee after you've untered your credit card info

This is really a very good scam because whatever you claim, you cannot claim it back after your booking and payment. They will tell you that your card has been declined, and the money has gone from your account. You cannot claim it back because you don't have any reservation number or any other details, as they said your card was declined. So please be careful, as we have made the same mistake as you
