HP's staff is full of deceitful and despicable liars. Do not use HP for planning any trips if you wish to have smooth, happy travels.

Yes I would agree 100 percent with the earliest responses to this Hotel Planner fraudulent company. The customer representative let me to believe I was speaking directly to someone from the hotel's front desk. No where on the web page was Hotel Planner even mentioned so I did think I was speaking with a person in Canada. I even asked twice if I was speaking directly with the Calgary Hotel because I detected a Southern drawl in his voice. Was charged in US dollars for a Canadian Hotel. How does this person sleep at night knowing full well they are deceitful.

How can This company even exist. Worst experience ever and will never use again. Spent almost 2 hours trying to get a reservation that didn't even exist, submitted my credit card information, all of my information just to be lied to

I believe they are because you can't get in touch with anyone. I stayed only one night and was billed for two. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

They list the same room at different prices with different fees to let people accidentally choose the more expensive one.
