Scam. I was sold faulty runners and they are refusing to replace or refund me. Their scam of an excuse is "wear and tear". Runner is falling apart after 3 weeks of wear.
They are scammers.
Orders never arrive and they ignore refund requests.
It's a legit scam company. It is very likely that they are wilfully accepting orders they cannot fulfil as a way of keeping their balance sheet looking better.
Despite the awful reviews I had an excellent experience. I have my shoes.
