This company is garbage! These reviews are fake. They expect you to pay full rate at the post office to return items to them. Their fabric is absolutely terrible and scratchy for half of the dresses they sent me. The T-shirts they sent me were a large and were skin tight on me like juniors shirts. And of course, because they offer sales all the time they will not refund your money if you used even the smallest discount. But none of the items were marked final sale in the checkout
I was in touch with CS and they responded within 5 seconds of sending an email. Super easy to contact and receive a quick response not animated either but a live person responding quickly!
Impossible because they blocked all communication with me and do that to anybody that has a problem with an order.
It is very difficult to get in contact with Joyfolie. They also will only communicate by email.
VERY EASY! I needed to get ahold of them, I sent an email and received a same day response and quick correspondence with the same person via email who QUICKLY solved my issue.

When I was sent the wrong order... like I actually received someone else's order and invoice... I emailed them and had av response and resolution within 1 hour. It was super fast! Mistakes are made but this company was excellent@ correcting it!
