Ii'm wondering why the sit, stay command isn't used like during leashing and going to the door? Stay solidifies pup is supposed to stay in the sit.

I tried to get a refund and they only refunded one of two installment payments. I've spent tons of time writing emails and putting together proof from my credit card statements and still no refund for the rest of what I paid. Super annoying, not easy.
