I believe they are a legitimate company that does a very poor job of customer service

Seem to be a real company but the way it's run isn't that well

It is a total scam. The "pros" utilized are not qualified to do legitimate lawn care, they do not adhere to the outlined schedule, and are completely fine billing you for work they didn't do. The App has zero recourse for customers for inaccurate billings because customer service is run by some outsourced bot factory.

This company is a scam, they get your credit card and charge for "extra services you did not request.

Legit company, no scam. I utilize the service with no issues. Hope that helps.

Legit. I've had 2 services so far and the crew that came out did good work.

Legit. National online platform. Think "Uber for lawn care".

Not legit because LawnStarter.com is not insured for property damages. People have also reported multiple credit card charges. DO NOT USE.

It is a total scam. The company charge you for a service they defaulted.

Absolutely yes, it is a scam. They'll charge you for services never actually rendered.

It is a scam... easier to get started than a mom and pop lawn service company, but very hard to quit and they are significant more expensive.

They are Legit and pay weekly, but write down your routes daily (this way you will have something to compare payouts to) and pay close attention to your email because they do not address every thing in their app. Take pictures of all lawns and include street name, house numbers, Before and After. Proceed with caution and watch your money!

I'm not sure that it's an actual scam, technically they do provide a service, but I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the level of their service, their horrific communication skills and the way they lock you into a mini (three-cut minimum) contract - which I have a strong feeling is necessary for their horrible business to survive. I am a brand new customer and they could not be bothered showing up when they said they would, and then when they finally did (a day late and only because I complained) they mowed the front lawn but not the back! OMG just mow the lawns!

Its a national provider registry. Independent mowing people bid for business. There is no quality control.

THEY ACT LIKE A LEGIT COMPANY, BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE THE "CREWS" THEY SAY THEY DO. I BELIEVE IT IS SOME KIND OF SCAM OR JUST AN INCREDIBLY POOR COMPANY. EITHER WAY ITS A SCAM

I think they are trying to be the uber of lawncare, but they need to do a better job vetting who they allow to provide services.
