Their response is a total lie! I am approaching my 4th month of waiting for an order over $1000!

Once your frames arrive at our lab, assuming you've provided all required Rx information, lens production is 4-7 business days on average before shipping

It took over two months for them to be made. I sent multiple emails. I couldn't find a number. Although I asked for one several times, one was never provided.

It took them 3 weeks to ship the final product which was bifocal sunglasses using my old frames.
