My favorite frames showed up with new digital progressive lenses just before my vacation. Everything looks crystal clear and the glasses still fit like they they did before I sent them in. My previous local opticians would not work with my frames because they were 12 years old, or were charging astronomical prices. I tried Lensabl. The price was good. I was apprehensive because my account pages on their website were not usable. In the end Lensabl delivered. I recommend Lensabl.

This is my second company making lenses for me and the best one yet! Glasses perfect price perfect turnaround even better. Highly recommend.

I am very pleased with the service. Gotta admit I was nervous because this is my first try. My glasses that was sent back to me became waaaay much better than when I had it brand new. I liked my old frames from years ago but they were falling apart so I bought the exact frames on ebay. I went to LensCrafters and the price I was quoted was ridiculous for them to put some new lenses in for me. I thought that there had to be a better way so I said no thanks and did some research and found Lensabl. I don't know how they got my measurements from some pictures I uploaded but my glasses and prescription (with progressives and transitions) are perfect. I will be using them again.

I didn’t get the box I requested to send in my glasses. They overnighted another one.

Everything went well. You answered my questions promptly, which put me at ease. First pair of progressives and they work fine. Really not any type of breaking in period.
My only disappointment is they don't get as dark as I thought they would. But maybe after a few days, we'll see. I've only been out in the sun for an hour with them today. I just received them last night. So again it may be just some breaking in period.

The online eye test only works to confirm if your prescription is the same. At the end of the exam, if your prescription has changed, you are advised to take an in person exam. This is not made clear up front, and I paid for and took the test thinking this would tell me what the updated prescription would be. Now I have $25 less dollars and still need an eye exam. Boo.

I have used Lensabl now for around 8 different sets of lenses, including at least three pairs of progressives. The proof is in the pudding- I keep coming back to Lensabl every time my frames need new lenses. Quick work, good communication, fair pricing, and excellent quality. I really can't ask for anything else; I can count on them and that means a lot to me.

Online ordering was pretty easy. The support staff are responsive. Very hard to track orders and the order took much longer than anticipated. Biggest pet peeve is that they kept my lovely Kate Spade case and replaced it with a very ugly (and huge) Lensabl case.

I am so happy I found Lensabl. They are affordable, convenient, and fast!

My lenses were so scratched and it was going to cost me like $250 to get them replaced from my optometrist... which was about how much the frames and lenses cost in the first place. Such a rip off. So, I started perusing other options and found Lensabl. They were way more affordable and the entire thing was seamless, from ordering, to shipping my frames, and to getting them back.

I am so grateful and will definitely be using this again when I need to order another replacement.

I ordered the Bose Sopranos as a surprise gift for my daughter. They were perfect, the prescription, the fit, and the transition lens in Amethyst. I had some issues along the way but the Ann, the online support assisted me with every question and issue that I had in the most timely fashion! I would order again from Lensabl! This is the second time I've used the lens replacement service. Both have been well executed. My prescription is fairly strong, and I'm always a bit worried the lense clarity or alignment will be "off" and I'll experience various brain-corfusing distortions. But in both cases, lensabl got it right. I ordered the highest-index lenses, had them roll and polish, and all was done perfectly. I hope you have an equally good experience.

I ordered replacement lenses for the frames that I've had for years and really love. The process to order was easy but it took a surprisingly long amount of time to have the order fulfilled. I also ordered high index 1.74 since my prescription strength is high. But the lenses were still thicker than what I normally get from other places. I will keep these glasses but definitely feeling "meh".

Ordered lenses using frames I have for a backup pair. Shipping was quick and easy and the lenses were cost effective and look/work great, especially considering I have a super high prescription. The vision is slightly different in one eye than another pair I have with the same prescription but not enough to make a difference. Appreciate the blue light protection. Highly recommend!

Excellent work! The prescription and lens specifications matched perfect. Plus it was cheaper than buying a new pair. I'm so happy I get to keep my favorite glasses a little while longer!

I had prescription and non prescription sun glass lens installed in my own frames with no issues. Great service. Will use Lensabl again

Beware of lensable they use a third party lab where your frames are sent and the only communication they have with the lab is through email it's been more than a month now that I'm waiting for them to send my frames back because I canceled my order I would advise not to use this company all they can tell you is I'm sorry poor excuse for a company also they lost my frames in the lab and couldn't find them for over 2 weeks then when they notified me that they found them I guess my frames just sat somewhere without having anything done to them so I canceled now it's taking me a week already to get my frames back will never use them again ever

Warby Parker said my prescription was outside of what they do. You filled it and I am very happy with the whole experience.

Took longer than expected, but that was because they identified a flaw in original set of lenses they made. Communication was admirable throughout the process. Overall happy with service. One star off only because of the amount of time it took to get my glasses completed and back to me. Would use service again, and recommend to others.

I ordered a pair of frames that were made in France, which took almost one year to finally arrive! Once they arrived, I decided to go with Lensabl just going off of reading other positive reviews, and I am so happy I did! Although the turnaround was a little more than anticipated, once they arrived, I was very impressed with the quality and clearness of my prescription frames. Will definitely be sending a few more of my pricey glasses over to have them swapped for a new pair of lenses! Highly recommend.

I reached out to see the eta of my glasses since they took almost 4 weeks to arrive.

I placed my order and waited for a while, then contacted the company because the order status still said "expecting to ship in 6 days." Customer service explained that the glasses had been finished but failed a quality control test so they were being redone. They arrived today and they're just perfect! Definitely worth the wait and would have given 5 stars if I had gotten a status update without having to contact them for details.

Like my title and Tina Turner's hit song, my Lensabl experience was simply the best! The on-line support was timely, terrific and clear. They kept me in the loop the entire time. They met delivery expectations and the clarity and quality of the lenses were far superior to any Warby experience I've had over the years. This first pair of lenses in my beloved Tom Ford frames is only the beginning. I'll be sending other pairs right away.

Great experience the first time. 2nd time not so much. Lenses have circles on them and does not have the anti-fog film which I paid for. My first pair do not fog up nor do they have the circles. I sent the glasses back in to be corrected and they were re-delivered back with same lenses with the circles still and they still fog up. The circles are not visible until they get a little fogged but then it's clearly visible.
