Lol! I have not tried! They follow up every order, so I have access when or if I require it. Since my state (and many others) is still on 'lockdown', many companies have gone to recordings or chat boxes. Life Enthusiast has been exceptional in their customer care.
No-I went on their chat and they kept directing me to call saying I needed 'technical support' when I needed to return a balance bar I purchased for good money. Then I emailed-no response. Then I called, left VM. Got a return call/message with them stating the bar they sent was the 'new and improved model' -which was untrue.
