Isn't it obvious? This is a non-regulated industry. All the competing firms are looking to destroy each other.

This is a very nice question that only they can answer. Maybe it's all some personal beef that the clueless student like myself wouldn't be privy to.

How would I know the answer to that question? All I do is order from their website and collect the papers. I don't have much detail behind the business end of it.

It is all competition, imo. Why wouldn't they try to limit the number of competitors in the market they operate?
