Avoid at all costs! They're cowboys
Definitely a scam. That takes advantage of people, with there small print. Stating they do a quality check and if they don't accept it they recycle your items and refuse to send them back.
They will quote you one price then say particular items are damaged and reduce the amount you are paid. Scammers
Technically it is a company but they don't deliver what they promise so I'd have to say scam. Please don't use them to sell old phones.
When purchasing through their eBay shop they always claim games are
• Expertly refurbished
• Complete
• Not scratched
• Undamaged
•No art/inlay faults
Reality is your lucky if they are! Discs are mostly good but it's the rest like not being complete, damaged/torn inlays, damaged manual (if it's not missing) and water damage etc. They have sent me rubbish very often without any care. They do offer return/refund and do send a printable postage paid parcel label, but personally I don't have a printer and live not very close to the post office. This means every time I do a return, I have to travel (costing me) and also pay to get the label printed (costing me again). Then I end up with nothing, no game I waited for, my time wasted and me losing money. When the likelihood of needing to return is so high each time due to their unreliability and shoddy quality it all adds up to a right pain in a***!
