When does the customer know when the damaged vehicle is repaired as to get the difference in thier excess back. Your company has taken £1000. 00 excess plus £200 VAT from my credit card account for a scratch on the vehicle i hired and i have not heard any regarding the repairs. I am terrified to call your company because you speak to the same person who has no customer service experience.
