on 5/16/19I ordered 3 plants, one completely dead upon arrival. No response as well. I guess their "Guarantee" is false advertisement.
Hi, I suggest that you can post your comments on their Facebook. I saw that they are still running their Facebook. If you write down your feedback and comments, then they need to fix their problems and will give you what they guarantee. I think they do care their reputation although they don't have much left. Reputation means they can make money and attract more innocent people to buy their products.
