on 10/20/19I purchased a 10k gold necklace and emblem for Oak & Luna and got it two weeks after ordering. It was the thinnest and cheapest jewelry I have seen but my wife said she liked it, so I ended up keeping it and it broke a week later. Trying to get a replacement has been impossible, they keep telling me I will receive a return label by email in 24 to 48 hrs and I never get it. I somehow get daily advertisements from them but they can't seem to email me my label. Only could chat to communicate BIG RIPOFF
It is very difficult because they have no customer service phone number. They only can be contacted through email and they are not very responsive. My order is arriving late and they never responded to provide me the status of my order.
You are meant to send in a question through there site and they tell you that they will be with you in 12 hours, in reality you will be waiting days or weeks or even longer to hear back.
HORRIBLE no client service. I will not buy from them again.
Non existent...no phone number, they reply to your emails with very generic answers.
Very poor customer service and complicated return process. You have to email them to initiate a return. They take 24-48 hours for a one word reply and then ask you additional questions (some of which you've already answered, such as reason for return and then you have to wait again for their reply. I've jumped through all of their hoops so far and it's several days later and still no return label. Their products are overpriced and not that great to put up with this level of customer service!
Very easy to contact, and they're efficient and friendly.
