Terrible company. I received an empty box. Emails back from company are threatening; "If you cancel your payment, we will post everywhere online that your business buys merchandise and then claims it was stolen and cancels payment."

They'll readily email. Won't answer phone. Will never admit any fault and will dismiss any concerns you have.

It was easy to reach their (likely offshore) customer support agents via email.
However, the "help" they provided was not at all helpful.
Our request to speak to a live person was not fulfilled.

Customer Support & Sales phone number listed, but no one answers.

They answer emails, but that is to keep the scam going and make you think your order is coming

The company is incredibly responsive. Every e-mail response came within roughly 45 minutes, and not just in the middle of the day. I actually had the following sequence: I e-mailed at 1:56AM, received a response at 2:16AM, replied at 2:56AM, and received a response at 3:18AM. And these were substantive responses from someone determined to understand and respond to my issue. The company issued a full refund and paid for return shipping. I can't address anyone else's experience, but this was the best customer service I've ever seen.
