The might have a legitimate business license; I don't know. But they actually scam their customers, so in terms of what they do to customers, it is a scam.

SCAM. Horrid coverage even in a major city, and BEWARE - they have a Zero Refund Policy. Zero refund no matter what. Once they have your bank info - there is no way to delete it.
There is no way to delete or cancel your account, or delete your personal information on their website and 'customer service' only gives excuses.
