How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at PartyCity?

Easy, but their substandard voip system with their employees working from home and the crying kid in the background makes for a trying experience.

Once you finally do get through and talk to a customer service rep they are very short with their answer is not cooperative and if they don't like what you are asking. They hang up on you

Very hard to get a hold of anyone. They do not return emails

Very hard. It's a generated common message and once forwarded to stores most of the time it is ignored.
