How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Partzilla.com?

We have been put in line a couple times... we are now in line as the 186 person... Really? My son has been messaging customer service several times... Why is it so difficult to get a label and an answer to a question?

Very easy. Their online chat system is simple and easy to use. The response from service was prompt.

I've called them on their customer service number and they revised my order right away, no problems.
