They are definitely a Scam. They are over priced and don't deliver what they say they do

The essay was both punctually and grammatically incoherent as if it were written by someone who does not speak english and instead used a translation tool to write it. I asked for a top 2% writer for an extra $30, and the support team insisted this meant the writer would be top of their field, Instead i received writing comparative to someone 12 years of age. Sentences that had no conjoining words and the sentences themselves are very basic. It seems as though they've compensated this by throwing in some 'big' words to make it seem more intellectual. I gave them a week to write it and received this poorly worded essay on the due date. However, when asking for a reversion as it was so poor, they told me to send the writer notes on what he should fix, he never did. I then pestered for a new writer to be taken over and was promised one would be assigned within the next few hours, no one was. I asked again, still no one was. The next day the same scenario. It is now 4 hours before my deadline and for $170 i have a poorly written essay a 10 year old could match.
