Good luck with that. Long wait times if you call. Long wait times if you "chat" on-line. No answers to your survey responses or your e-mails.

On hold for long time, emails did not get immediate responses, they read a script that felt patronizing.

They emailed me back instantly. Person was very pleasant and answered my question right away.

Not too easy but they'll call you back (usually at an inconvenient time)
