Impossible. No one answers the phones or calls back, no one answers their emails. They'll stay in contact until they get your payment and then they disappear.
Next to impossible. No responses to phone calls and the chat box is never working.
It is very difficult to get a hold of customer service. And when you do get a hold of them, they do not give you straight answers. They only give the same excuses and find anyone else to blame.
They don't actually read what you send and if you actually get a response it's just a generic email. They do not answer any questions.
NOT EASY AT ALL. THEY ARE HORRIBLE AT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DO EVERYTHING THEY CAN TO AVOID YOU.
Nearly impossible to reach them via their customer service chat. Their online customer service is unable to assist with refunds, so you need to call the customer service line regardless. Ridiculous for an online retailer.
If you email them - they don't respond. If you call they are idiots
Took a week to try an get an answer on pricing. Leave messages and they go unanswered. Finally spoke to the customer service supervisor. She said she would call me back. Never got a call back.
They are not answering their phones, not responding to multiple emails, and not returning voicemail messages. I paid for a frame and never received it. They literally just stole my money. I've reported them to the Maine Attorney General and my credit card bank.
They answered the phone when I called them, and were able to get me the information I needed.
