Customer service with Pubby is great! I get a quick response, keeping in mind the time zone differences. Sometimes it takes a few hours, but that's because they go to bed like everyone else does. If I send a message at night, I get one back by the time I get up in the morning. And taking care of any issues that arise? Excellent! They have always been there for me with anything that comes up and have never been rude.
It varies. Pubby is popular and customer service is busy so sometimes it can take 24 hours before they respond. However, I usually get a response within a few hours. There is a chat box to ask customer service questions in your Pubby dashboard and it's super convenient.
I have been charged $59 for nothing and can not get any one from Pubby to answer me. klthomson@frontier.com
Since I have been with them customer service has been nothing but great. Very quick with response time. And very nice.
