How is reservations.com still in business when they're obviously committing fraud? And how have people been able to get their refunds back?

Impossible to get money back. They're just scumbags!

They will do nothing for their customers. Will never use this booking company again.

This is the type of company that makes regulations burdensome for the honest folks. I cannot believe they got me with a bait and switch. I can't imagine the less techy folks they have scammed and are unwilling to jump through the hoops to get some funds back.

Similar to other scams, they play at the limit of the law (with a good amount of the revenues probably going to lawyers specialized in dirty tricks). I think (and definitely hope) that such business will be banned at some point, hopefully soon, before many others are tricked. The business will disappear anyway, like any other scams, unfortunately they have tricked several people into it before going bust!

Total bait and switch. How can they still be allowed to do this.
