Via the website it was pretty easy and they called once. But, when giving updates, they didn't call as promised and just emailed.

Impossible to reach. They never answer. Call over and over, placed on hold for hours.

LIVE CHAT IS READILY AVAILABLE. HOWEVER IT DOES NOTHING IN THE WAY OF ASSIST A CUSTOMER. JUST EXCUSES AND POOR ATTITUDE AND SERVICE.
