eSaleRugs.com sells the rugs that I purchased from Rugs.com for much less money and they were delivered even faster. I will not be doing business with Rugs.com anymore due to inability to contact customer service unless you hang on the phone on hold for more than an hour. Rugs.com has lost another loyal customer.
Amazon and Wayfair much better and easy returns. Rugs.com it is impossible to make a return. Still trying after 2 weeks. They never answer the phone and ignore emails.
I do not know... but surely they can't be worse when it comes to customer service.
