Wait@ hours for a call and several hours for a chat. Coronavirus should not stop you from answering the dumb phone or a chat. You suck. I want my money back. I'm filing a complaint on line.

I've been trying to contact them via phone, live chat, and email since 04.02.2020 and have not been able to.
I've waited on hd for over an hour several times, only to be disconnected by someone on their end. I've waited in "Queue" for over an hour on 5 separate occasions, only to be disconnected (EVERY TIME) when it's my turn, and every single email I've sent has gone unanswered.
SO hard. This company sucks. I tried multiple times via their online chat and their phone number and got in touch with someone finally over the phone and they were not helpful at all.
You cant, they've closed their phone lines and only offer live chat. Good luck with that, you will always be number 99 in queue and will be disconnected once you get to #1. They also dont answer email
You can not. There so called "live chat" is useless. The phone number they give you says they closed. And they sent me the wrong items.
Just forget about contacting these JERKS, they make it difficult for a reason.
Find a different company that sells what your looking for with a proper new user registration and contact email address and contact PayPay or your credit card company, bank and back charge these losers.
You can't reach anyone most of the time and when you do, you get a rude chick named tamika who is helping 50 other people at the same time
Amazingly difficult, if you have to contact them put aside 2 hours because youll be disconnected and ignored multiple times
I was caller #47. Took about 45 minutes, but was very professional and helpful and understanding when I did get through. She expidited my mistake and I got them before Christmas.

Impossible, call their line and find out. After 1.5 minutes on hold it will say thank you, goodbye and disconnect you during normal business hours.
Chat during early morning hours is easy. However, they promise to fix stuff, but never do. The words are worth about as much as the pixels used to display them, and fade just as fast.
Go to live chat during business hours. Leave a message. You can leave chat and they will email you. My responsibility came within 2 hours.
It would be easier to get E. T. Back home. But for real, I think we might end up with a cure for covid and most cancers before I can reach customer service.

Dang near IMPOSSIBLE. Expect hours (at least 3) on the live chat... its the only option to reach them... keep typing something about every 15 min in the chat box or the system will time you out and drop the chat. If you havent ordered yet... DONT. Cheap crap made in China that took over a month to arrive and what we ordered (color wise) wasnt even close. I think 3 out of 10 items were right.

SA has an F rating on the BBB site and nothing but bad reviews on the net. Write to the Florida state attorney generals office for a refund and make complaints.
